Amit Dave, Director at Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience in driving business growth and innovation. Since joining Microlink in 1999, he has been instrumental in transforming the organization from a networking system integrator into a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider across Western India.

He currently leads the Enterprise Sales Division along with the Solution Development Group, playing a key role in shaping strategic direction and delivering high-impact solutions. With a strong foundation in Electronics & Communications from Pune University, Amit brings deep technical expertise combined with sharp business acumen.

Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled businesses across networking, IT infrastructure, and project services. His leadership style focuses on collaboration, timely decision-making, and fostering a high-performance culture within teams.

Jayesh Jani, Director – Projects & Services at Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is a highly experienced professional with over three decades of expertise in project execution, service delivery, and operational leadership. A Civil Engineering graduate from L.D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad, began his career in construction before transitioning into IT infrastructure, where he has spent more than 23 years delivering large-scale projects for government and corporate clients.

At Microlink, Jayesh leads the Projects & Services division, overseeing end-to-end IT infrastructure project management and service operations across India. He manages a diverse team of over 500 professionals, including project managers, service leaders, engineers, and cross-functional support teams, ensuring seamless execution and consistent service excellence.

Known for his result-oriented approach, he brings strong capabilities in decision-making, process design, and operational control. His leadership is defined by a sharp ability to anticipate challenges, implement robust policies, and maintain high standards of quality and accountability across all functions.

Jayesh has played a key role in managing long-term, large-scale service contracts, including PAN India engagements for leading private sector organizations. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from solution design and planning to execution, risk management, and successful delivery.
